The Project

Many Touchpoints, One Event Identity

Corporate events involve a large number of physical brand touchpoints. Registration materials, invitations, programmes, directional signage, stage graphics and venue branding all appear within hours of each other — and each is produced on a different material, at a different scale, using a different process.

The usual result is a set of unrelated printed products. The objective of this concept is the opposite: every item should read as part of one visual system, whether it is a 55 mm badge or a stage backdrop several metres wide.

Vexoprint's capability here is coordination — managing multiple print formats, materials and production methods while maintaining consistent colour, typography, finish and visual identity across all of them, from artwork through to on-site installation.

The Objective

What This Concept Sets Out to Show

01

One Consistent Identity

Maintain a single event identity across every format, from attendee badges to venue-scale graphics.

02

Small Format to Large Format

Connect printed collateral with large-format venue branding so the two never feel like separate projects.

03

Wayfinding Without Compromise

Create clear, legible navigation for attendees while preserving the premium aesthetic of the event.

04

End-to-End Workflow

Demonstrate a complete print → fabrication → installation workflow under one production process.

Registration Essentials

The First Thing an Attendee Holds

Registration is where the event identity becomes physical. Badges, lanyards and welcome material set expectations before a single session begins.

  • Attendee, VIP and speaker badges with a clear visual hierarchy
  • Lanyards produced to match the event palette and badge system
  • Welcome material and printed event schedules
  • Print legibility at arm's length and across the room
  • Consistent colour reproduction between card stock and textile
  • Durability for a full multi-day event

Premium Collateral

Printed Material That Feels Considered

Invitations, programmes and VIP materials carry the tone of an event in the hand — weight, surface and finish do as much work as the layout.

  • Invitations and VIP cards as the opening statement of the identity
  • Event programme and information cards using one typographic system
  • Premium card stocks with a soft matte surface
  • Selective metallic and gold finishing for accents
  • Accurate, repeatable colour across the collateral set
  • Precise trimming and clean edge finishing throughout

Signage & Wayfinding

The Identity Moves into the Venue

Once attendees are inside, the same system has to work at a distance, in motion and under venue lighting.

Visibility, consistency and navigation are treated as one problem. Type sizes, arrow language, colour contrast and sign placement are planned together so attendees can orient themselves without reading twice — and without the venue looking like it was signposted at the last minute.

Stage & Environment

From Printed Collateral to a Branded Environment

The stage is the most photographed surface at any conference. At this scale the identity is no longer held — it is occupied.

NEXORA conference stage backdrop branding concept

Stage Backdrop

A single dominant graphic surface that anchors the identity for every session and every photograph.

Speaker Environment

Podium, side panels and supporting graphics kept subordinate to the main backdrop.

Large-Format Graphics

Artwork prepared specifically for viewing distance rather than scaled up from print files.

Brand Visibility

Logo placement planned around camera framing and audience sightlines.

Scale

Type and spacing recalculated at size so proportions hold across formats.

Colour Consistency

Large-format output matched back to the printed collateral palette.

Production

From Artwork to Large Format

Event graphics are unforgiving: they are produced once, installed once and seen at scale. The preparation matters more than the press.

  • Artwork preparation and format-specific adaptation
  • Colour checking against the approved event palette
  • Large-format production planned around material widths
  • Material handling to protect surfaces before installation
  • Output inspection before anything leaves for the venue

Finishing & Fabrication

Where Printed Sheets Become Objects

A sign board is judged at its edges. Finishing is the difference between a printed graphic and a piece of event furniture.

  • Accurate trimming to final visible dimensions
  • Flat, bubble-free mounting onto substrate
  • Rigid board preparation for freestanding and wall-mounted signs
  • Clean edge finishing on every exposed side
  • Fabrication of structural and freestanding elements
  • Quality inspection before packing for transport

On-Site Installation

Event Branding Does Not End at the Press

A perfectly printed sign in the wrong place solves nothing. The final stage is the one attendees actually experience.

NEXORA event signage installation concept
  • Placement mapped against attendee flow through the venue
  • Alignment and levelling across adjacent graphic panels
  • Wayfinding visibility checked from actual approach points
  • Graphic installation on walls, boards and floor surfaces
  • Final positioning adjusted once the venue is dressed
  • On-site quality checks before doors open

One Workflow

Print → Finish → Fabricate → Install

Keeping all four stages within one coordinated process is what keeps colour, alignment and schedule under control.

The Complete System

One Event. One Visual System.

From attendee badges and programmes to directional signage and venue graphics, every physical touchpoint can work together as one cohesive event identity.

Project Outcome

A Unified Concept Event Environment

The result of this concept is a single coherent event environment: small-format print, attendee materials, wayfinding and large-format graphics all following one identity, one typographic system and one colour reference.

It is presented here as an example of Vexoprint's ability to manage multiple event-print requirements through one coordinated production workflow — rather than as a set of separately commissioned printed items.

NEXORA 2026 is a concept case study created by Vexoprint to demonstrate event print and branding capability. It does not represent a completed client engagement.
